Nutrition Talk and Introduction

For years we have wanted to include Nutrition information into our Team Program and we are excited to announce we have a found a local Registered Dietician to work with our team. Hailey Schim is from Hartland and is the founder of First Play Nutrition. We will be holding a Free Nutrition Seminar on Friday, November 13th at 5:00 pm at our Oconomowoc facility. Please see the attached flyer for information on topics to be covered, as well as Hailey who we will be working with. This first meeting is for parents only. In the future we will add in athletes. We encourage all families to attend regardless of your child’s level. Nutrition is important at all ages levels of sport.
