Level 4 – Session 13C – Level 4 – Friday 3:30 pm

Level 6 – Session 12C – Level 6 – Friday 11:45 am

Level 7 – Session 11C – Level 7 – Friday 8:00 am

Level 8 – Session 21C – Level 8 – Saturday 8:00 am

Level 9 – Session 23C – Level 9 – Saturday 3:15 pm

Level 10 – Session 22C – Level 10 – Saturday 11:30 am

Practice schedule for the weekend of January 30th through February 1st

Thursday – January 29th – No Practice for Levels 4 and 6 all other workouts are the same

Friday – January 30th – No Practice for any Level

Saturday – January 31st – No 8am practice for Levels 6-10, 11:00 am practice for Silvers only – No Level 4 workout
